Georgetown Recycling Site - CDL

The Georgetown site is Seattle's premier receiver and processor of construction, and demolition debris. Georgetown accepts commingled loads of recyclable waste materials from construction projects and sorts those loads into re-usable and recyclable commodities. We separate recyclables for hard-to-manage construction, demolition and land debris materials.

Construction, demolition and land clearing waste represents over 25% of the material sent to landfills in Seattle. These materials can be recovered to help increase diversion rates and preserve our precious resources. Drywall Recycling Services creates jobs, reduces fuel consumption and preserves the natural environment. And, believe it or not, our rates are usually lower than the rates charged by companies that send these materials directly to landfills!

Our 7201 E. Marginal Way facility is a full-scale commingled Material Recovery Facility (MRF) in south Seattle that is capable of processing up to 60,000 tons of recyclable materials per year. This site recovers wood, metals, cardboard, paper, drywall, hard and soft plastics, clean styrofoam, cloth/rag, mattresses, tires, concrete, asphalt, brick, ceramics, styrofoam, and polyurethane foam. This list may change due to advances in our ability to recover additional materials. We invite you to call us at (425) 245-8015 if you have questions regarding any materials not mentioned below.

We are a Seattle and King County Designated Recycling Facility
