Drywall Recycling Process
Drywall scrap is brought to our Recycling Center for processing. We take the drywall sheets and separate the paper from the gypsum. This process is handled by a custom drywall recycling machine: one that we designed ourselves!

Once separated, the paper is bound with a heavy duty baler that can process up to 48 tons of paper per day. The paper bales are transported to recycling plants that produce hundreds of recycled products.
Secondly, the separated gypsum continues through our custom machine and is ground into a powdered form. It is loaded into semi-trailer trucks and shipped in bulk quantities to our customers.
